Looking for a driven and organized business professional with experience in operations, marketing, and administrative support. Must be able to manage several projects at one time within a fast-paced working environment.

REQUIRMENTS for Agent Assistant:

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Experienced in Canva
• Knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook & Google Business Page.
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry and terminology.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

MANAGEMENT:

• Schedule, input and organize important dates, meetings, reminders into a CRM or calendar system
• Maintain all filings within agent's individual G-suite drive.
• Log all details for each prospective client and their RE needs, as well as any/all showings to keep track of the agents progress.
• Prepare all Real Estate forms including NYS disclosure paperwork, in advance of new client meetings.

SCHEDULING/ REAL ESTATE:

• Coordinate appointments including but not limited to showings, previews, open houses and/or closings.
• Follow up with previous clients as well as prospective buyers & sellers.
• Draft and prepare all disclosure paperwork for all customers and clients.
• Submit all transactional paperwork properly in-house.
• Research market trends and property values.

MARKETING as the Agent Assistant:

• Draft and post marketing ads on all social media platforms including: REAL ESTATE: New listings, listings under contract, just sold & open house. OTHER: Personal promotions, community events, charity involvement, local happenings, etc.
• Prepare, order and/or distribute agent branding/marketing materials: Listing Consultations, Buyers Books, Brag Books, Listing Presentations, CMA’s, mailers, pamphlets, flyers, etc.
• Manage & keep track of all agent's marketing details on all platforms: Instagram, Facebook as well as all Daniel Gale Sotheby's applications.
• Brainstorm and execute unique marketing initiatives the agents can use to promote their individual services including: Client appreciation gifts, events, promotions etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week
