Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Manager to join our team. As the Front End Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front end department, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front end staff, including cashiers and customer service representatives
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front end staff
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Front End Manager or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
