The position requires a highly intelligent critical thinker and multi-tasker who likes to work in a small office, meet with clients onsite, and wear many hats, all the while being highly productive and effective at assigned tasks.

Job Summary
The Part-time Sales Assistant & Customer Service Representative position is responsible for helping with the day-to-day sales operations of the Company, mainly providing services to our Customers or potential Customers. The position includes helping with administrative and sales support as well as customer service. The position is responsible for creating estimates which will align and contribute to the Company’s Sales Goals for the future. In addition to typing, this position performs duties such as data entry, handling customer complaints, scheduling of work, cancellations, billing and account questions, sales, on-site property evaluations, coordination and scheduling material orders with vendors and working on special projects.
This position will also help with contract renewals, quality control, answers non-routine correspondence, assembles highly confidential and sensitive information dealing with Customers, deals with internal team members at all levels of the organization and other duties as assigned.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
