DeAngelis Legal is seeking an experienced Internal Operations Attorney to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing excess workload, specializing in estate planning, revocable trusts, and fundamental legal tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney in high-level estate planning while contributing to the growth of our firm.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, posing challenging questions to provide sophisticated legal solutions.
• Practice areas include general estate, wills, trusts, and probate.
• Independently manage small estates and undergo training for midsize and larger estates.
• Act as the ongoing point of contact for clients, ensuring a personalized and thoughtful legal approach.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced attorney specializing in high-level estate planning.
• Uphold our commitment to avoiding the "trust mill" approach, focusing on quality over quantity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• AZ license required.
• While transactional, estate planning, or corporate experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
• Probate experience is a plus, and training will be provided.
• Willingness to be part of a small firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
