- Collaborate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Maintain detailed records of repair orders, including parts and labor costs
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary materials for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding repair process and estimated completion time
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations related to automotive repairs
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and vehicle maintenance
- Proficient in using computerized estimating systems to generate accurate repair estimates
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Attention to detail to accurately assess vehicle damage and provide comprehensive repair estimates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus
- Cash handling experience is preferred
