Job Overview:

Cypress Cove Nudist Resort is in search of a seasoned Entertainment Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The role of Entertainment Coordinator is crucial to the prosperity of Cypress Cove Nudist Resort’s activities program. As the Entertainment Coordinator, you'll focus on enriching the guest experience by organizing a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities, dances, poolside games, arts & crafts sessions, and overseeing the coordination of holiday events.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, coordinate, and oversee entertainment events and performances as per assigned duties.
• Liaise with performers, vendors, and staff for seamless event execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees.
• Uphold safety and security standards.
• Showcase creativity, adaptability, and the ability to engage guests of all ages.
• Host movie nights and other activities for resort guests.
• Execute assigned duties with precision, attention to detail, and cooperation while requiring minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary source of knowledge and information for resort-wide activities.
• Fulfill additional tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in event planning or entertainment management.
• Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with entertainment industry trends and best practices.
• Capability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for a flexible schedule.

Skills:

• Possess an outgoing, welcoming demeanor and adeptness in interacting with diverse guests.
• Ability to DJ for pool parties and events, including setup and takedown of equipment, and being comfortable speaking on a microphone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to source trivia questions via the internet as necessary.
