We are seeding a person that will work in our graphics production department. We make wraps and decals for fleet vehicle branding. As a leader and premium provider to the Fleet Graphics industry in the Indianapolis area, we seek people with a good work ethic and must have working knowledge of Adobe design products, namely Illustrator and Photoshop. Must have basic computer skills.

Must understand mathematical scaling and measuring accuracy.

As a production assistant, you will be responsible for opening design files, nesting and sending to printers and vinyl cutters as well as running the laminator, weeding, masking, and finishing of graphics kits for the purpose of installing on fleet vehicles. We also use Onyx as RIP software.

The ideal candidate is analytical and has a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize CSS and other design tools to enhance the user experience on our website
- Manage color management processes to ensure consistency across all design materials
- Provide art direction and guidance to other team members when necessary

Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
