As a Client Operations Analyst, you will shape data utilization and interpretation for our clients. Your responsibilities and projects will evolve over time, requiring you to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt and innovate as demands change.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Service-Level Agreement (SLA) standards with Client Success Team (CST)
  • Manage all CST requests within defined SLAs
  • Project manage new BI projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
  • Design and build professional, immersive, intuitive, and impactful dashboards and reports using a variety of data visualization tools.
  • Maintain existing BI tools and systems through feedback, ongoing analysis, and anomaly resolution
  • Take ownership of the accuracy of the data through the execution of QA validation processes and testing.
  • Provide training and support to business users to maximize BI technology utilization across organization and client team.
  • Ensure that the BI ecosystem is highly scalable, responsive, and available.
  • Monitor, support and upgrade data visualization landscape in Prod and Dev environments.
  • Monitor reporting performance and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Develop and update technical documentation
  • Use data quality best practices to ensure data integrity and thoroughness of results.
  • Utilize statistical methods to analyze business questions and extract actionable insights, not necessarily limited to what is present in BI
  • Summarize results into user-friendly presentations and or BI reports by translating highly technical approaches to those without a background in mathematics
  • Enable business self-service reporting in alignment with "Insights as a Service" model
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in statistics, mathematics or other relevant quantitative field or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of BI analyst, data analyst experience is a must.
  • Experience with data visualization tool (Qlik and Power BI preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to QC production processes and ad hoc requests
  • Superior analytic skills with the ability to distill data into relevant customer insights
  • Experience with statistical language programming
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Orientation towards problem solving
  • Assertive personality with a solid work ethic and initiative, requiring minimal direction
  • High energy and drive, coupled with the resourcefulness and natural curiosity
  • Ability to understand the nature of the task rather than the words of the task, to best serve a client's objectives
  • Self-motivated, with drive to complete assignments efficiently, exceed expectations and grow own career
  • Self-starter with strong planning, organization, and leadership skills,
  • Able to learn, adapt, improvise, and problem-solve in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach and a growth mindset
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey results, explain issues, drive resolution, and develop requirements with non-technical internal and external clients
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $90000 - $110000 per year
