We are immediately hiring a full-time GRAVE (Awake Overnight) Autism Aide position. This position is available in our Layton residential home supporting male adults with Autism and other disabilities. No Experience Required!

Schedule:

• GRAVES (Awake) Sunday 9pm-9am, Monday 9pm-9am, Tuesday 9pm-9am

The Grave Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional (DSP)/in-home caregiver) is primarily responsible for helping the adult clients in a residential home setting go to bed, checking in on them periodically throughout the night, helping them back to bed if they wake up, and doing a variety of deep cleaning tasks at the home. Employees must be able to stay awake the entire night.

We do help our clients with personal hygiene. We provide you with all the paid training you need to perform this job, no previous experience necessary.

Requirements:

• 19 years or older
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to help someone with personal hygiene (brief/diaper changes)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
• Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
