Must be willing to walk in and around property to ensure both security and safety of property.
Must maintain a visible presence.
Must be able to work various hours including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
