DACS is currently seeking a Field Sales Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. This pivotal role involves overseeing sales projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution in the field. Responsibilities include coordinating with field crews, performing necessary manual labor tasks while maintaining project documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify project priorities and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate and oversee sales projects from field production start to finish, ensuring seamless execution in the field.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure that project activities are progressing according to plan and meeting quality standards.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of project sites, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly handled and utilized.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including but not limited to pulling concrete forms, lifting rebar, and setting out cones as required for project needs.
• Communicate regularly with field teams to provide support, address issues, and facilitate efficient project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and field activity logs.
• Act as a liaison between field crews and clients, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Support sales team members with field-related tasks, such as site inspections, customer interactions, and project coordination activities.
• Analyze field performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of field operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination, preferably with exposure to fieldwork in the construction industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• General understanding of sales processes and operations, with the ability to support sales initiatives in the field.
• This role requires flexibility for full-time hours, Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks both indoors and outdoors as required for project demands.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field crews and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in construction or related fieldwork, with a willingness to work alongside field crews as needed, including performing manual labor tasks. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in the field.

Total Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $22-$27 an hour (depending on experience).
