```Duties:```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool students.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children.
- Conduct assessments to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students in active learning.
- Incorporate literacy education, physical education, and early intervention techniques into daily activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to support students' educational needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Experience in behavior management techniques and creating a positive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with special education programs and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and implementing educational standards.
