Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. As an insurance CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid and current CA Property & Casualty Insurance License

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet

- Experience in insurance sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial

- Proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration is a plus

- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
