MDM Analyst - Full Time Contract (40 hours/week)

The Senior Analyst, MDM will be a key member of the MDM team and will work to develop and maintain the match strategies using data from various data sources including but not limited to our Credentialing and Human Resource systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Standard onboarding activities associated with IS&T and Performance Analytics team, navigating/obtaining access to required applications and tools.
• Completion of MDM Training modules for Profisee MDM Tools
• Formal review of Business Requirements, Operations Guides, Reference Tables, and program artifacts located on Teams/SharePoint Sites
• Review of Outgoing Data Model containing views offered to MDM Consumers and associated data dictionaries to familiarize self with the current state of the MDM Program.
• Use of Teams Foundation Server (TFS) for the management of development sprint work, ability to draft tasks for upcoming work
• Support Master Data Work queues and ticketing to Business Data Stewards:
• Daily review of Provider Records Match Queues to validate proposed/excluded records
• Provide support to business/technical team members as an experienced consultant in the payor enrollment and medical staff credentialing data management space

Additionally, the role will also require support in the development of basic business requirements. This includes the following tasks.

• Identify tables and fields within systems.
• Speak to the business source owners in their industry-accepted terms and conditions.
• Develop data definitions.
• Define business item requirements for developers to transform, extract, validate, and test data from source systems
