Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, account reconciliation, and data entry. Experience in negotiating payment terms are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions including claim denials, processing payments, and payment posting
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize accounting software for financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in compliance related to accounts receivable activities
- Handle medical billing tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Proficiency in data entry and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with Public accounting is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills for managing payment terms effectively
