SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Social Media Assistant will work closely with the Social Media Manager to assist with outreach and engagement strategies, create attractive, engaging content and analyze campaign outcomes to improve future campaign performance. The Social Media Assistant will also organize data, maintain databases, monitor and respond to online conversations within multiple social media platforms. The Social Media Assistant will also attend CAO events in effort to create content for distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to):

• Create consistent, meaningful content on social media platforms for the respective markets.
• Attend CAO events to support generation of content.
• Responsible for producing high-quality content.
• Contribute to the Agency’s paid social media objectives through strategy creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
• Apply expertise in the planning process, audience and creative strategy development, and industry tracking; be a strategic thought partner in team meetings.
• Manage paid social campaigns from setup, execution, optimization, and reporting to the clients’ key performance indicators, which vary by campaign types and objectives.
• Actively monitor and evaluate campaign performance in platforms, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data-backed recommendations to the team.
• Be passionately in tune with the evolution of market trends, digital marketing innovation, and online behaviors.
• Develop insights and keep teams informed of new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred
• High degree of emotional intelligence
• 1-3 years of progressive of paid social media experience
• 1-3 years of project management and related experience
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to develop functional
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery systems
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
