RodPerson is an entry level position working under the supervision of the Land Survey Field Crew Chief and Instrument Person. The land survey crew should enjoy outdoor work as nearly all their time is spent outdoors. A great deal of walking is necessary and working on irregular ground and steep slope; some bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and hiking may be required while carrying survey equipment. This position also may require travel on short notice and for an extended period of time.

Vaccination for COVID-19 is required due to access restrictions at worksites.
