We have TWO (2) BCBA positions open! Del Mar Center for Behavioral Health is a multispecialty practice located in Jacksonville, NC serving children and teens diagnosed with autism and related dignoses. 2 FT / PT Supervising BCBA Position
These positions are for supervisory BCBAs and can be full-time and/or part-time. The BCBA is responsible for providing treatment planning, assessment, caregiver support, supervision, and some direct service provision as needed or as appropriate. This is an in person position requiring being on site to best support the clients, families, and supervisees. A valid BCBA certification through the BACB is required for this position as is an active North Carolina license as a BCBA. Active CPR / First Aid is preferred, but we're happy to help you update if needed. Early career clinicians are encouraged to apply as Del Mar Center for Behavioral Health has a robust and nationally recognized formal mentorship and training program. Salary range for this position starts at $63K annually, for a BCBA with one year or less experience, with option to increase after demonstration of specified competencies and successful performance reviews. No need to wait for an annual raise, YOU are in charge of how quickly your income increases. For BCBAs with more than 1 year of experience, reach out about your experience and let's talk! Templates, task analyses, and quality assurance tools are available as teaching tools so you know exactly what you're expected to do to meet those competencies! Productivity requirements for full time are 100 billable hours monthly, so no need to stress about super high productivity requirements or long hours! We're open 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday! Bonuses can be earned monthly and quarterly for meeting productivity requirements.
