Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Strong knowledge of pool construction material sales and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
