Small busy office in Wantagh NY seeking friendly front desk medical receptionist/asisstant. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Mondays : you would be a surgical assistant during MOHS micrographic surgery. WILLING TO TRAIN. Must be ok with surgical procedures ( open wounds, blood, sutures) Hours would be 10 am until surgery is complete ( usually 2-3 pm )
• Wednesday and Friday: Receptionist duties.

Must be able to multi-task and be flexible. Prior office experience A MUST. Must live in close proximity to office.

Hours are as follows: Wednesday 9-3 pm and Friday 9 am-2 pm

Paid one week vacation after a year. Duties include making appointments, processing mail, processing prescriptions and co-pays. Prefer candidates to be familiar with insurances.
