Position Overview: Conejo Hardwoods, a leading supplier of hardwood flooring solutions, seeks an intelligent and highly motivated Flooring Project Coordinator. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, from initial measurements and estimates to flawless execution and satisfied clients.

Please note: Construction project management experience preferred. Saturdays in the showroom will be required.

Pay: Dependent upon qualifications, with a competitive range of $70 - $150k / year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases, from bidding to completion

• Measure and bid potential flooring projects

• Prepare and communicate estimates

• Follow up with clients regarding adjustments to projects, addressing any concerns or modifications promptly.

• Manage a team of 3-5 subcontracted installers, ensuring adequate staffing and scheduling to meet project deadlines.

• Visit job sites to confirm a smooth process and address any issues that may arise.

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding change orders, project updates, and any potential delays.

• Walk jobs with clients to finalize project details and ensure satisfaction with the completed work.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communication.

• Lead a team of installers and ensure smooth job site execution.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Duties:

• Perform accurate project measurement and bidding

• Write estimates based on client specifications

• Efficiently manage subcontracted installers

• Address client concerns promptly

• Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
