**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment in our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Read and interpret schematics to aid in repairs and installations
- Supervise maintenance projects and provide leadership to maintenance staff
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Fabricate parts when necessary to repair equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in logic controllers and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery
- Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and management
- Customer service-oriented approach to handling maintenance requests
