Classic Cadillac/Subaru of Atlanta is seeking to hire a part-time LOVE ENCORE DELIVERY SPECIALIST responsible for providing a comprehensive and informative delivery experience for new Subaru customers.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
No Dealership experience required, but knowledge of the automotive industry/Subaru brand is a plus
Organized, reliable, attention to detail, and accuracy in everything you do
Must have a positive attitude, technical savvy, and excellent customer service skills
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as a team
Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
Job Description:
Schedule and conduct Love Encore deliveries with new Subaru customers, typically within 14-60 days of purchase.
Provide a detailed explanation of all vehicle features and functionality, including technology settings, safety features, and maintenance requirements
Provide an outstanding customer experience in each interaction that drives loyalty to Classic Subaru and the Subaru brand by answering customer questions and addressing any concerns
Be able to meet/greet and interact with customers effectively
Process new vehicle warranties and extensions, schedule the customer's first service appointment, and coordinate courtesy deliveries
Engage customers and schedule return visits for an Encore delivery and perform a customer-focused explanation of sophisticated systems for customer understanding and satisfaction
Establish knowledge of all Subaru vehicles/competitive advantages and make it available as a resource for the entire retailer staff
Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management
Support Love Promise programs by coordinating community events and promoting these programs on Classic Subaru's website and social media
