Class A Apartment Community is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Panama, FL
SIGN ON BONUS of $500 after 30 days of employment.
Apartment Community seeking Maintenance Technician.
EPA & CPO Certification preferred, Apartment Industry Experience a plus
Need some knowledge of minor appliance repairs (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation
Pay starting at $18/hour based on experience.
