City of Columbia Heights is Hiring a Property Maintenance Inspector (Seasonal PT) Near Minneapolis, MN
This is a Summer Seasonal Temporary position from approximately May through September. 20 – 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Performs inspections of properties for violations of the City’s Property Maintenance Code. Photographs violations and posts notices on properties. Uses computer to verify property owner information, perform data entry of violations and photographs, and generate violation letters. Ability to deal courteously but firmly with public if necessary.
