Complete Book & Media Supply is a locally owned distributor of books and supplies, who believes in delivering knowledge and empowerment to our customers. We are looking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Associate who is ready to learn about our unique business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and/or pallets in to the warehouse
• Pick and pack shipments – verifying against packing slips to ensure accuracy
• Inventory management within the warehouse
• Follow packing guidelines as dictated by company or customer
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize projects as needed
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and clear of discarded materials

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 70lbs
• Competent in the use of an electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory management or shipment software recommended
• Basic computer skills necessary
• Background check required
• Flexibility in role responsibilities (responsibilities can fluctuate based on seasonal needs of business)
• Can work independently, but exceptional in a teamwork environment

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
