Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide support to ensure academic success.

Duties:
- Create and deliver engaging lessons that align with classical pedagogy principles
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes wonder and maintains high expectations
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment
- Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, projects, and assignments
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Attend professional development training in curriculum content and pedagogy
- Participate in education administration tasks, such as attending meetings and completing paperwork

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of elementary education principles and practices - familiarity with classical education is helpful, but not necessary as long as the candidate is willing to receive training and apply it in the classroom

- Background in languages (especially Latin or Greek) is helpful, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and order
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, grading, and record keeping
