We have three departments within each restaurant: Kitchen, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru. Each department is led by a director who owns that area of the business and sets goals within that department. The ultimate goal for this person is to lead all operations in their area of the business, fulfill all managerial tasks, and develop lower-level leaders. This position is roughly 90% operational, and 10% administrative. Administrative tasks include scheduling, completing assessments, participating in meetings, managing inventory, and various tasks of that nature. Operational tasks include ensuring all operations within department are being executed with excellence, consistently developing leaders, and coaching team members. This individual must be committed to meeting and exceeding company goals, as well as passionate about the growth and impact of a team and organization.
