Job Purpose Statement:
- Coordinates all aspects of the After School Tutoring Lab
- Performs work of a variable nature in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Performs a variety of tasks in the development of an instructional program by working with students in small groups.
- Prepares instructional materials, maintains classroom discipline, and conducts planned activities.
- Supports students registering for online classes.
Job Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid Driver’s License and evidence of insurability
- Successfully pass district background screening

- Knowledge of student behavior expectations and methods to assure appropriate conduct.

Essential Job Functions:
- Answers inquiries regarding books for instructional support materials.
- Composes routine letters, memos, requisitions, and other related information.
- Supervises students by keeping a calm and disciplined atmosphere in the After School Tutoring Lab.
- Maintains a positive and effective working relationship with staff, students, parents and patrons.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to comprehend, interpret and explain pertinent laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
