Compensation:

• $34.00 - $50.00 per hour - based on experience, education, and licensing
• Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

Our clinics are looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse who understands that patient care does not start and finish at the time of a clinic appointment, but also includes care "in-between" treatments. In this role, you will answer incoming phone calls and messages from patients, triage patients via phone and the EMR portal, relay results to patients and providers, coach patients to promote improved health outcomes, document and schedule appointments and patient interactions, and collaborate with the clinic team.

To be successful in this role, you will hold an active Washington State Registered Nursing License. 2 - 5 years of general nursing duties in an outpatient setting experience is preferred.
