High End Residential General Contractor seeking Experienced Project Manager for large projects primarily in San Francisco and Marin. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in high-end residential construction management in either the SF Bay Area or similar market.

This position will require the candidate be an innovative problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), able to handle multiple projects and/or very large budgets.
Must be highly organized, accountable and possess technical knowledge of various means and methods to build high-end homes
Utilizes cost-effective project management techniques and strategies to establish, track and adhere to project goals, budgets, and schedules
Proactively adjust schedules and budgets based on changing field conditions
Ongoing project management and quality control
Comfortably and professionally maintain constructive relationships with all involved parties
Review contract conditions and ensure compliance with all contract terms
Avoid and mitigate claims and conflicts
Conduct construction and weekly progress meetings with clients, subcontractors and others including design and preconstruction.
Create and distribute in a timely fashion RFP’s, RFI’s and Submittals
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
Maintain timely and accurate reporting to clients and company management including financial reporting and projections
Manage client invoicing, and provide support and direction to the assistant project managers and contract administrators
Ensure successful project completion and critical success factors that include financials, contractual obligations, quality control, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Work with superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement and monitor safety procedures for each project
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, accounting, or finance a plus. Must have 5 years’ similar experience.
