Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience working with children under three years of age? At ChatterNola, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BCBA who is passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorders reach their full potential. Our clinic provides a supportive, in-clinic work setting where you can work closely with your clients and help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
The job requires you to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a BCBA at ChatterNola, you will design, coordinate, and oversee assessment and intervention services and programs for preschoolers with autism spectrum disorders. You will train and supervise registered behavior technicians, provide direct 1:1 treatment according to the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children with autism, and design and implement behavior support plans and ABA strategies to reduce behaviors of concern and teach replacement behaviors. You will also develop individualized treatment plans and outcome targets using evidenced-based methods for behavior reduction.
