ROLEThe Team Leader is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by ensuring food safety standards and executing training strategiesThis is a 25-40 hour week position. Must be available either 6-4pm, 2-11pm, or both.All roles and responsibilities must be accomplished during assigned shifts. Must participate in FTS (Field Talent Staff) opportunities and complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification Pay Rate - $14.50 - $15.75 (part-time) $17.50 - $18.25 (full-time, average of 36 hours working/week per year) Reports to: Supervisor, Director – Quality Basic FunctionsIn order to fulfill this role, the Team Leader needs to:

Furnishings and surfaces (horizontal and vertical) are clean and free of build-up
Every cleaning procedure strictly followed
Timers and hold times are always correctly used
Your area must be left “Cleaner than before”

eRQA: completes and posts the daily eRQA and coaches results per Chick-fil-A Standards
Jolt: complete execution of Chick-fil-A standards and input/tracking of all necessary metrics tasks including but not limited to cleaning checklists, Shift Checklists, etc.
Food Safety Evaluation: completes and posts the daily Food Safety Evaluation and coaches results per Chick-fil-A Standards
Food Safety Covenant: strictly adheres to all Chick-fil-A Toledo food safety standards.
EXECUTING TRAINING STRATEGIESImplementing Training Strategies
Functions as the subject matter expert of the business area
Deploys area training strategy per Chick-fil-A standards for both new and existing team members
