Chick-fil-A Lindle Road is ready for a talented new addition to our team! The Evening Kitchen Manager will be responsible for ensuring an optimal guest experience, clean environment, food safety, food quality and overall kitchen operations. 

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage a team of 18-25 team members

-Accountability for systems, procedures & policies

-Work with other shift managers and assistant managers to ensure smooth operations

-Maintain all food safety standards

-Maintain a clean safe environment, oversee all cleaning and safety checklists

-Oversee kitchen assessments and inspections

-Coaching conversations with Managers & Team Members

-Oversee repairs & maintenance

-Perform reviews for Mangers and Team members

-Handle store emergencies (power outage, water outage, weather emergencies)

-Oversee schedule and labor management

-Oversee inventory management

-Weekly meetings

-Complaints, HR issues, terminations

Requirements

-Availability 4pm - close

-5 years of kitchen leadership experience

-Embody a mindset focused on accuracy, follow-through, and urgency

-Must be able to problem-solve using critical-thinking skills and appropriate resources

-Offer and receive peer-to-peer coaching and accountability to continually improve the business, with key emphasis on operations

-Successfully communicate all systems, procedures and processes to leadership team and team members

-Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
