CC Young, a Continuing Care Retirement Community and a not for profit leader in Senior Housing and Health Care, has an immediate opening for a seasoned, high-energy full-time Registered Nurse (RN) our Health Center. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care for clients on our skilled nursing units.

Available Shift: 11:00pm- 7:00am 4 on 2 off

The job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provides skilled nursing care to clients in our Health Center.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care for and benefit to each client.
• Communicates with clients, family members, interdisciplinary team members and management regarding client status.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatment as ordered by physician.
• Assists with and participates in development and implementation of written care plans.
• Ensures the accurate and timely documentation of all client treatment, medication and other pertinent information.
• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Our new team member will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing within the State of Texas.
• Patient Care experience is highly preferred.

Pay Starting From: $33.00
