Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders - Assist with catering events as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role - Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology - Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Proficient in operating POS systems, such as Aloha POS - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
