Job Description

Job Description

Chesapeake Controls is seeking an HVAC Mechanical Install Technician Helper  to join our Commercial Construction team. The HVAC Installer is responsible for assisting with the installation and assembly of boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) units, refrigeration systems and all associated equipment operating with energy management control systems in an efficient manner. You will enjoy working with the top quality products and systems that Chesapeake Controls offers while working alongside a professional and knowledgeable team. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in getting into the HVAC trade.

Rate of pay between $18-$22/hr

Minimum qualifications include:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with hand tools 
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and working with your hands
  • Reliable transportation
  • Mechanically inclined: putting things together, taking them apart, etc.
  • Some travel required
