Chapman Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional service to every customer that entrusts us with their vehicle’s services. The Service Advisor helps customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance needs and is the customer’s main point of contact in the service department. This role collaborates with the team of technicians and reports to the Service Director.

Our Service Department is open Monday – Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person and over the phone, and spending time outdoors in the Service Drive.
