Centralarm Monitoring is a family owned and operated, leading alarm monitoring and dispatching facility. Our representatives are responsible for monitoring alarm systems that detect emergencies such as fire and illegal entry into establishments. As well as technical problems such as battery and trouble events.

Duties

• Receiving incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency police and fire services, emergency ambulance service, information, and after-hours calls
• Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls from the public
• Gather and document relevant information from callers to determine the appropriate response
• Dispatch appropriate personnel or resources to incidents or referral to service requests
• Monitor and track the status of ongoing incidents, ensuring timely updates to all parties involved
• Coordinate with other departments and agencies as necessary to facilitate effective responses
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, incidents, and actions taken

• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
