Your Mission
As a Product Manager focused on our connector ecosystem, you'll be working closely with engineering and partnerships teams to scale our integration our catalog of 200 apps, tools, and data products. We strongly believe in solving hard technical problems with elegant solutions designed for real people and we want you to help us build something that is not only trustworthy and valuable, but is also a delight to use.
In addition to direct connector development, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and partner with counterparts at the most prominent companies on the planet. What You Will Be Doing
You will have direct & significant impact on our connector library and company's future. Some of your responsibilities include:
  • On the frontlines with customers and partners discussing uses cases and desired behavior, understanding software destination quirks and features, debugging issues, and promoting best practices.
  • Take ambiguous and highly technical customer feedback and help the team distill into simple, easy to use product experiences by melding our scalable connector framework with the ecosystem of apps.
  • Work with engineering and executives to tackle the integration roadmap including the core services and capabilities we will offer as our product grows.
  • Build expertise in the intricacies of the ecosystems of apps we support and the customer use cases that compliment them. Leverage that expertise to create content and product experiences that can quickly solve customer problems.
Is This You?
We are looking for talented people who enjoy the ambiguity of early-stage startups, wearing many hats and taking this opportunity to develop their skills. It would be great if you:
  • 2 years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products
  • Proven ability to work directly with Engineering teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability to influence and drive strategy.
  • Love talking to technical users to understand their pain and make the product better
  • Experience and knowledge in implementing and trouble shooting APIs
  • Strong written skill, experience creating documentation
  • Ability to communicate, influence and convince others, story-telling and knowing when to emphasize or simplify
  • Active listening, understand pain points for customers and
  • Want to help build a strong culture at a young startup
Bonus Points
  • Experience in building technical product UI, reporting and analytics, and/or data modeling.
  • Experience working with a wide set of applications that overlap with our existing source and destination integration portfolio
  • Direct PM experience working on APIs, integrations, data and/or data infrastructure.
Compensation
$140,000-$175,000
