Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This position will provide support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and party planning management, possess strong organizational and administrative skills, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations

- Ensure efficient inventory control and accurate stock management

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience

- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members

- Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets

- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed

- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management and party planning is highly preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to interview, train, and manage a team of employees

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving abilities

- Professional phone etiquette
