Career Now Brands is actively seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in webflow development to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping upcoming design initiatives. As a key Webflow Designer, you will specialize in bringing creativity to life through visually appealing graphics and designs. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various departments and team leaders, contributing to high-level projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidates must be local to metro Detroit. We are open to full-time or contract basis.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the holistic design and development of user-centric websites on Webflow, utilizing an in-depth understanding of seamless and innovative web experiences. You will play a key role in the front-end user experience for all Career Now products.
• Craft intuitive visual interfaces using design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch that resonate with our target audience.
• Apply expertise in UI/UX design principles to elevate overall user experiences on digital platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand consumer needs and goals.
• Test product designs with users to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product designs.
• Push boundaries of creativity within the Webflow environment; collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement product designs
• Showcase high organizational and detail-oriented skills, ensuring design elements align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management tools like Monday.com for efficient team collaboration and communication.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage tight deadlines, delivering consistently high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with Webflow or similar platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of creating engaging user experiences.
• Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketch.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.
• Previous experience with media deck creation and marketing materials is highly preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VueJS, and/or Tailwind.
• Candidates must be able to commute to our Royal Oak, MI office multiple times per week to be considered for this position.
