Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests by guiding them through our menu offerings and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, sourcing, and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, bar, and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area, stocking supplies, and cash handling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine and cocktail service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
