We are seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team and provide support to adolescent males in a congregate care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care services, including assistance with activities of daily living, medical and behavioral and educational support, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescent males, a commitment to providing quality care, and the ability to work independently and with a team focus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
• Assist individuals with communication and mobility needs.
• Ensure that individuals are safe and secure in their environment.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and clean up.
• Help maintain a clean and organized living space.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

• Tucson, AZ 85704: Relocate before starting work (Required)
