We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our property management company as a Property Maintenance Technician. The job entails upkeep and maintenance of multiple residential and commercial properties, both inside and out less housekeeping. Ideal candidate is self motivated, detail orientated, and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time. Position may require lifting and carrying heavy objects. Valid drivers license and a clean record are required. Position is year round. Duties include grounds keeping, gardening, weeding, planting, landscaping, minor residential repairs, electrical, plumbing, indoor/outdoor maintenance, seasonal openings/closings, in-ground pool maintenance, mowing lawns, weed control, indoor/outdoor painting, moving furniture, pest control, power washing. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in property management and maintenance.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
