Required:
- High School diploma/GED
- 2 years previous experience either in collections, or a call-center environment
- 2 years previous experience in training
- Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), One Drive, MS Teams
- Team player willing to learn and jump in whenever needed to get the work done
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Education/Training, or related field
- Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Understanding of adult learning theories
