Position Specifications and/or Education:

• Minimum 2 years experience in mental health, substance use disorder and behavioral health;
• Coordinate and facilitate treatment meeting and staffing;

• Facilitate and engage high needs weekly staffing;
• Monthly treatment team meetings;
• Treatment Plan updates;
• Crisis Planning;
• Safety Plans;
• Provider Leadership skills in the development, implementation, and evaluation of NEW 2023 Person Centered Plans;
• Monitor target dated for discharge:
• Update NCTOPPS
• Prepare summaries for prior authorizations:
• Submit prior authorizations;
• Monitor prior authorization due dates:
• Screening for service needs:
• Additional administrative needs compliance to documentations and final reports.
• Track progress towards goals for quarterly achievements

Hours:

• 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday thru Thursday
• 1 hour lunch from 12 to 1pm
• 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. on Fridays (no lunch)
• 35 hours a week
• Pay: $16 an hr Non Negotiable
• No benefits
• No summer time off
