Canton Racing Products has been a manufacturer and distributor of high performance aftermarket engine accessories for nearly 40 years. The primary focus of this position will be to ensure a high level of service to our current customers via email and phone. Responsibilities will include:

• Entering customers' orders into our computer system
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Monitoring email accounts and providing updated information and answers to questions
• Providing answers to questions regarding fitment and product availability
• Resolving customer product and service issues
• Handling and processing return requests

Our ideal candidate is a well-organized and self-motivated individual who should be able to manage multiple tasks at a time. Other qualifications include:

• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

This position is an in person, full-time (40 hour per week), Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Our benefits package includes health, dental, life and short term disability insurances. In addition, there is paid vacation time and a SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan with matching contributions. Compensation is negotiable and will depend on experience.
