Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our wendys establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the wendys operations,

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall customer experience

- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels

Skills:

- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members

- Excellent shift management abilities to ensure smooth operations during all hours of operation

- Knowledge of food preparation standards and food service regulations

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management principles
