Leasing Consultant

A standard work day for an Leasing Consultant consists of providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regards to the payment of rents, fees, and other charges, coordinating leasing and resident activities, and vendor management. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, and preparing and hosting resident events to encourage resident retention.

Leasing Consultant Qualifications/Preferred Experience

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Yardi experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws Preferred.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
